This model is a new machine independently developed by our company based on the fiberglass jet loom. It achieves woven fabric formation by interlacing two warp yarns to secure the weft, producing fiberglass mesh fabric primarily used in construction, road engineering, and industrial applications. The mesh fabric is characterized by crack resistance, shock absorption, thermal insulation, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, and enhanced strength of wall finishes and pavement surfaces—often referred to as “soft steel reinforcement.” The introduction of this machine has increased weaving speed for fiberglass mesh fabric by more than threefold compared to rapier looms, while also filling a domestic and international gap in the production of fiberglass mesh fabric on jet looms.
